Spiritual freedom does not begin with power over demons. It begins with honesty before God. It begins with a question few believers dare to ask:
“Lord, do I have a demon pretending to be me?”
This is not self-condemnation. It is self-examination. It is courage.

The Heart: The Battlefield Demons Exploit
Many spiritual battles we face are not external—they are internal agreements made long ago:
- “I will never be embarrassed again.”
- “I must be perfect to avoid causing pain.”
- “No one will ever hurt me like that again.”
These inner vows are made in moments of deep pain, often in childhood. And when those vows remain unbroken, they become an open legal door—a feeding ground—where demons attach themselves, pretending to “protect” us, while secretly imprisoning us.
Taking Dominion: Four Biblical Steps to Evict What Is Not You
Susan does not call believers to shout at darkness but to dismantle its access. Dominion is not louder prayers—it is legal authority rooted in the finished work of Christ.
Here are the four heart-level steps she teaches:
1️⃣ Break the Inner Vow
“I break the vow I made that gave this spirit access…”
That vow began as self-protection. It became spiritual bondage. By naming and breaking it, you close the gate at the root.
2️⃣ Break the Assignment
“I break every spirit attached to this vow and reject your help.”
Demons disguise themselves as “help”—strength, control, caution. But their protection only births torment. Reject their fake protection.
3️⃣ Command in Jesus’ Name
“I reassign you to the feet of Jesus. You may no longer manifest or speak.”
Jesus said, “Behold, I give you authority…” (Luke 10:19).
Authority is not a feeling. It is a legal command, and demons must obey it.
4️⃣ Instruct Your Angels
“Angels of the Lord, enforce this order and punish disobedience.”
This part unsettles some believers—but Scripture is clear:
“Are not all angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation?”
— Hebrews 1:14
They are not spectators. They are enforcers of God’s kingdom. They stand ready—but they wait to be commanded.
This Is Not Mysticism. This Is Dominion.
In Luke 10, the disciples returned rejoicing:
“Lord, even the demons obey us in Your name!”
Jesus did not correct them. He affirmed them.
This is the same authority Jesus imparted to you. Not just to cast out, but to cut off the energy supply demons feed upon—your inner turmoil, your hidden vows, your false beliefs.
When the Heart Is Healed, the Enemy Starves
A healed heart is a silent battlefield.
The enemy prowls but finds nothing.
No pain to stir. No vow to exploit. No fear to feed on.
This is what it means when Jesus said:
“The ruler of this world is coming, and he has nothing in Me.” (John 14:30)
