I Jumped Off the High-Dive

Have you heard of the call of the void? The French coined the phrase to describe the impulse to jump whenever you are in a high place. Since I was a child, I have experienced the compulsion to hurl myself off of any high place. I even have a photo taken with the family as we plunged down the final slope of a carnival log ride. I am standing up, leaning forward, halfway out of the log. Let me assure you that I avoid all high places. At least those in the natural.

When God asked me to make a video series explaining the common ways that demons attack and how to counter those attacks, I felt like He was taking me up to a scary high place.

Within the inner healing and deliverance community, these topics are discussed and strategies shared with other ministers or with those seeking help because nothing else has worked for them. And, let me be honest, some approaches to deliverance are, in my opinion, overly complicated and downright weird. I have an aversion to weird. But I love practical and effective wisdom that sets people free.

So, the choice was to keep to myself the knowledge and tools the Lord has given me, or to give my hand to the Lord and jumping. It took awhile for the Lord to coax me into jumping, but eventually I did and the result is a three-part series called Demons Are Not the Boss of You.

It is my prayer that this series will open your eyes to a very active spiritual realm and equip you to counter the demonic intrusions that come from that realm.

The series is available on Vision TV and also on my YouTube channel.

God bless,

Susan
