Quick update, my friends, about what is new at The Pool.
The Performing Heart is now available in paperback from Barnes & Noble and Amazon. If you buy it, or the Kindle/Nook version, please please please leave an honest review. Reviews drive these bookseller platforms. This means that the more reviews, the more visible the book becomes on the platform. My fervent prayer is that the principles found in The Performing Heart and The Quiet Heart be widely distributed throughout the Body of Christ because they are life-changing.

Now, while you are looking around at the ministry’s books, take a gander at Sam’s explanation of how to interpret the book of Revelation. His book, titled Symbols of Revelation, treats each of the seven visions that compose Revelation as symbolic pictures. By comparing the symbols found within the visions to the same symbols found elsewhere in the Bible, Sam offers a biblically sound interpretation that is both wholesome
and encouraging. The book may be purchased as an eBook, or if you prefer a hard copy, the ministry has a spiral-bound version that may be purchased by emailing thepool@thepoolministries.org.
The spiral-bound version is excellent for personal or group Bible study.
Sam also created a power point lecture series that offers an overview of his book. This series is free on YouTube and is organized around some of the questions Sam asked God about Revelation, questions such as:

The answers he received, as he compared Revelation’s imagery with imagery in both the Old and New Testament, may surprise and delight you. Although the subject of Revelation is a deep one, it was never meant to be a scary book.
Further news! I’m in the laborious process of having both The Quiet Heart and The Performing Heart made into audiobooks. I’ll let everyone know when they become available in that format.
Television station CTN Houston has offered to interview me about the Heart books. This will take place September 6th. CTN Houston is a wonderful Christian station staffed by amazing people. I’ll get back with more details when I have them. Please pray that God will use this medium to get the Heart books into the hands of His people. And for me because I am already nervous.
